Room was clean but the shampoo bottle, hand wash bottle were empty at check in. Called house keeping but the smart AI bot intercepted and misunderstood the request in an attempt to service my request quickly. Housekeeping did not refill till 2nd day. Check in was a disaster because the integration between Expedia and Margaritavllie system did not send all the information on reservation thru. The human in the loop was the poor customer service representative who struggled with the information presented to her by the system in front of her. Think there is an agent monitoring this somewhere but it's probably AI, artificial but not intelligent. Just like the BOT that tried to get me off the phone without understanding my request. I had to walk down to the front desk to get house keeping items, which were delivered quickly, in the time it took me to walk back. Why the BOT then? We ordered food for room delivery from one of the restaurants, but it seems there was shortage of people working there. We followed up, after almost an hour and to our surprise the person who took our order came to deliver it. Kudos to the person - good customer service but was not expecting this. Ordered breakfast at another restaurant the next day - 4 orders out of which 2 were messed up. Interesting. This time there was no AI BOT in the middle, just regular humans who errored. And there weren't a whole lot of orders. I would recommend skipping this place. Btw - Valet parking.

The check in was pretty a chaos cause my expedia account didn't approve my card, luckily the receptionist still let me check in. Also there was no phone in the rooms so if you had a question, you had to go all the way to the front lobby to get your questions answered, not sure why they don't have a phone in the rooms. Our ac in our room also wasn't really working that well. Room 212 , I believe.

Very clean room, parking are easy. Kitchen has almost everything you need if you plan to cook. Even though I’m not cooking during my stay but I feel like home when the hotel room come with the kitchen. The most important things my kids love to stay at the hotel room. The size of the room are perfect for my family of 4. Will stay here again on my next trip to Lake Tahoe.

Clean Rooms, loved the two bedroom option, so our two boys had their own room. Loved the pool & hot tub & views of the Beautiful Lake!!
